As a professional stainless steel fastener supplier, we produce high quality stainless steel bolts, stainless steel nuts, stainless steel washers, stainless steel thread rod and other stainless steel fasteners. We have more than 21 years of experience in manufacturing stainless steel nuts and bolts, and we also innoviate our tech to meet the demand of global market.

Our factory is located in Wang wen zhuang Town, Xiqing District, Tianjin, China. It was very small and only had 10 sets machine at the beginning. With the increase in the number of our customers, we continue to expand the scale of production and add the range of products.

Now our plant covers an area of 10000 square meters, and has 10 product lines. We have a total of 100 machines and the outputs can up to 700 tons per month.

Production Process

• Stainless Steel Wire Rod: ensure the quality of the stainless steel bolts and nuts, we only purchase stainless steel 201 / 304 / 316 / 410 raw materials with certificate. And we also have a raw material storage room to reduce the increase of product cost caused by the rise of stainless steel raw material cost.
• Drawing: to make the diameter of wire rod suit for the sizes of stainless steel bolts.
• Annealing: to make the bolts, nuts, washers become harder.
• Testing: to make sure the quality of stainless steel wire are good.
• Coating: sometimes, the stainless steel bolts and nuts don't need extra surface treatment. If you have special requirements about the surface, we also can do it.
• Skinpass: make sure the final diameter of stainless steel bolts and stainless steel thread rods.
• Testing: Will test the hardness, torque of the stainless steel fastener.
• Shipping: We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP and other terms. We have our own freight forwarder, and also accept pointed forwarder.
